The LLM International Arbitration Online course will allow you to explore issues surrounding International Arbitration, providing the substantive knowledge needed in order to enhance your practice.
This online course focuses on international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. You’ll cover the legal framework of international commercial arbitration, comparing the English law of arbitration with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. You’ll also look at international investment arbitration, focusing on the ICSID Convention, ICSID Arbitration Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration.
If you successfully complete the International Arbitration module with a mark of at least 65%, you will be eligible to apply for Membership of the CIArb and use the post nominal letters “MCIArb” after your name.
