The LLM International Finance Law will provide you with the opportunity to explore issues surrounding finance law. It focuses on the major transactions carried out by investment banks, transnational banks and multinational corporations in the vast global financial markets which have developed in London, New York and Tokyo in recent years, as well as in locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris and Sydney. You’ll examine the legal structures used in these transactions and the complex legal issues arising in the context of these transactions due to their transnational and multi-jurisdictional nature.
